About me
Twenty-five years alongside businesses
I have been working in business consulting since 1999. I started with environmental compliance and management systems, then led complex European and national projects as a project manager in tourism, training and technological innovation.
In 2010 I founded Medit, a management consultancy with offices in Lecce and Brescia. I designed the first community foundation in Apulia, the Fondazione di Comunità del Salento, and served as its secretary general for eight years.
Today I work as a Business Innovation Coach, combining a consultant’s method, certified tools and genuine attention to people. I believe a business truly grows when innovation and human capital move forward together.
